I believe this advent calendar is from the last 1980’s – early 1990s. It is in great condition. Most of my items are from estate sales and auctions and are gently used. I will describe any flaws or imperfections that I detect. If I miss something, just let me know. In most cases I DO NOT clean the item, but leave that up to the new owner. You get the exact items pictured. Take a look at the photos for condition. The last train car has a tiny spot of missing paint in the corner as shown in close up. The set has been used on display but has been cleaned and well maintained. There is a specific way the track needs to come together, which is indicated by numbers on the bottom.
