It is very rare and unique. I believe it was made in the 90’s. Also ceramic so it’s fragile. Will be packed well. The stocking holders are metal and they screw on. It can be displayed without them on. May be a little dusty as I’m afraid to clean it. Two of the little black squares on the bottom have fallen off. Please see the pictures.
