The item is in excellent condition with very little damages. The envelope has the most damages but still looks great considering its age. The decorations look amazing with color that still pops. There are heavy creases in some areas where it folds but that is to be expected. This is a complete set with the three sheets and instructions. You will receive what is pictured.
