This item has been Preowned but it does not fully inflate. It has a hole in the fabric/Nylon on the bottom as shown that I spotted. Rather than try to fix it myself I figured I would leave it as there are many different ways to try to fix the issue all over the net and figured best to let the new owner of it do it the way they want. I cant recall if all bulbs are present and accounted for but as shown they light up. The hole is at the very bottom dead center that feeds I think into the middle inflatable that rotates. The rotating mechanism rotates as it should and rotates when plugged in but the inside carousel part will not inflate. You do have access to it from a zipper on the top near it. The bottom blower works fine. Note last few pictures show what is suppose to be included I dont have any of the stakes etc only seems the 4 tether ropes are here and on it. Box is dated 2005 model 12313. Because of the size and weight of the box. Note: Only what is in the pictures is included. (Ruler and/or Stand is not Included).
