This is a beautifully handcrafted Christmas garland that I spent hours making for my parents one year. They used it for only one Christmas–enough to display it and see the effort put into making it! This festive holiday decor is made using a faux pine garland pre-lit with warm lighting. Along the length of the garland, I added a bright crimson red ribbon intertwined with a burlap tan/almond-colored ribbon. Throughout there are layers of detailing in the different textures, colors, and prints of ribbon I used to make the bows. I also added festive glittering baubles and ornaments of various sizes to each of the groupings of bows all attached using craft wire. If you can imagine, there is one large bow at the halfway point of the garland. I used burlap ribbon, tan with bright red holly berry ribbon, glittery gold ribbon, and almond-colored ribbon with glittering gold pine tree silhouettes. A couple of feet out from the large center ribbon, I added two more bows with deep red velvety poinsettias that are also adorned with glitter, glitter, and more glitter!
