This is the inflatable 12′-high witch that stands malevolently over a cauldron while conjuring mayhem and misfortune. Cleverly placed LEDs create the illusion of a burning fire beneath the cauldron, which she stirs in alternating directions in an effort to beguile passers-by. Souls who approach within 6′ are greeted by a full minute of ceaseless cackling while a panoply of preternatural light rises above the cauldron to cast the hag in an otherworldly glow.
